One small machine. One very ambitious engineer. One new star.

Orbit Foundry is a cosmic incremental game where a single Extractor grows into a thriving orbital factory. Harvest Stardust, arrange neighboring machines for stronger production, and release reactor pulses to push your foundry further.

Unlock automation, choose your research path, and Reforge your machinery for permanent Star Core upgrades. Explore four sectors, tackle three challenge Directives, and assemble the Singularity Loom to create a new star.

Choose your own goals and watch your accomplishments become lasting constellation markers. An original adaptive soundtrack grows alongside your foundry, with adjustable effects and timing assistance to suit your playstyle.

Your machines keep producing while you’re away.
Complete the campaign, then continue experimenting in Open Orbit.

Controls: Mouse to buy and arrange modules. Space to release pulses. Tab to switch panels. Mouse wheel or Page Up / Page Down to scroll.

Desktop browser recommended. Progress saves locally in your browser. Use Settings → Export Backup to keep a portable copy of your foundry.

This game is under active development. Updates may wipeout your progress on the browser version.

Please leave on comment any issues, I would fix 'em.

Really needs more uses for alloys, maybe that unlock later in the game? As soon as I had access to Alloys I was able to afford every single upgrade with them. The e40 parts seem to slow way down and im not looking toward doing the e48 parts especially considering im only getting about 0.38x per reset and hitting that number about 10s into my runs. (Yes i could wait longer, but its not optimal, as it adds about 1.3x after about 10mins)

Solar Sails and Drone bay seem kinda useless, I've tried a ton of variants and only Extractor-Collector/Resonator-Extractor is efficient. Needs some way to make the two useful.

Thanks a lot for the feedback!
Actually I had similar feedback from others about alloy, Solar Sail and Drone. I will make fixes on the game design.

Hey I just made an update, could you take a look at and how it is now?

Alloy infinite upgrades are great. Was it intentional to make all the specializations available? I can research all of them all the time and am no longer locked into one.

Solar Sails do allow for pulse focused gameplay, but it only works when you invest, so that... feels good I guess. Drone bays are actually the most optimal setup now of Resonator-Drone bay-Resonator with one set of Resonator-Extractor-Resonatore for stardust with a single. Even more so when invested in. Collector now feels like its especially useless outside early game.

I'd have to start a new game entirely to test all the changes.

Hey Jakkillr! Yeah it was intentional. Thanks a lot for retry. I would love to hear your feedback on the change!!

Scrolling is fixed. Bulk orders never seems to unlock.

I'm glad to hear scrolling is fixed for you. Please let me know if there be more issues, I will fix 'em.

Autobuyers should not be in settings. You never put game elements there.
Notation should default to scientific/engineering, as that's what the goals are in.

valid point. I will make fixes. Thanks for the feedback!

hey I moved the autobuyer from the setting now it's a seperate tab. The notation is by default engineering for the new games, but if someone chose something else, it will stay as is.

Nice one

Thanks for the feedback. Just added.

Nice one.

Modules scrollbar doesn't scroll, it flilcks between two states, and you can't see the list properly.

ok, will work on it. Thanks again.

which browser and os do you use?

Chrome, Win 11. Would you like me to try another browser?

It's all the scrollbars that act lke that.

Yeah it would be wonderful if you could try the game in another browser on your machine. I would really appreciate it.
